The Certification process
We work with a core team of experienced senior trainers, all certified to work with the Team Compass methodology. Additionally, they bring their own specializations from their personal development. We ensure that an organization is matched with trainers that suit its needs.
PROFESSIONALIZATION
Even after certification, our team continues to learn and improve. After each project, we make further refinements—always in small, decisive steps. Additionally, we are informed by the data collected from teams that have completed our scan through our research department.

Our team experts are trained in the Teamkompas methodology and learn to work with our blended learning TeamTalk Programs. This approach to team vision and guidance is fundamentally different from traditional team coaching methods: it is concrete and focused on transferring knowledge to your practice.
About Bregje Spijkerman
Bregje Spijkerman is an author, coach, and entrepreneur. During her studies, she focused on two areas: group dynamics and writing. After her studies, she entered the business world. In 2006, she started Spijkerman Trainingen, specializing in training and team coaching. In 2016, she founded TeamTalk. This training agency is primarily active in projects that apply the latest insights in training and coaching for teams. Bregje is the daughter of author Rupert Spijkerman. Together with Erasmus University, they developed a tool in 2010 to easily analyze teams: The Team Compass. This method is accompanied by the books ‘Hybride Teams’ and ‘Navigeer je team naar succes’. Additionally, Bregje creates podcasts for ‘Bazenradio’.
