Most teams have little knowledge of how to collaborate effectively. As a team coach, you can make a significant impact by providing teams with a method to define their own direction and enabling them to reflect and adjust independently.
TEAM COACHING AT A HIGHER LEVEL
With our unique team development model, based on Team Compass and over 20 years of expertise in group dynamics and leadership, you will learn as a team coach to make teams truly self-managing. You will gain access to various tools and materials, such as an e-learning program and our validated Teamscan.
PLAN OF APPROACH
Before we get started, we schedule an intake session. During this session, you will outline what you want to gain from the training, your expectations, and your goals. We will also address personal learning points and themes. The program consists of four course days and an exam. Upon completing a final assignment, you will receive a certificate.
