Approach
We offered a program with dynamic work formats and plenty of interaction. By gathering insights from both employees and the executive and management teams, a fascinating exchange of ideas, values, and perspectives took place. We collected these to develop a program that adds value for the next step in self-organization for Meerwaarde.
