Approach
With a tailored (blended) program for the two teams and coaching for the manager, we achieved the goal of shaping the collaboration between the teams. The manager received side-line coaching, while team members participated in the program themselves. Hybrid leadership was incorporated into the program for managers, where they aligned their vision and approach over the course of four online sessions.
