Approach
By introducing the concept of ‘team feedback,’ awareness was created within the group to work together as a team and make small, continuous improvements. The clear Team Compass model was instrumental in this process: the four elements of the compass provided direction, helping us assess where we stand and plan our team’s journey. Additionally, the trainer worked with us to create a clear team agenda, which was very helpful.
